Goals
1. My family and I will always enjoy good health.
2. I will have Php500,000 in savings by December 2008. It will increase exponentially every year.
3. I will begin down payment on a 7/F condo in Gateway by December 2009, and remain liquid enough to meet monthly installments until it's fully paid for in five years.
4. I will visit Europe in March 2009, starting with Sweden and ending with two weeks in Paris.
5. I will earn at least P50,000 net monthly starting January 2009 from passive income.
6. I will earn at least P150,000 net monthly starting January 2009.
7. I will donate P25,000 annually to UP PGH starting 2008.
8. I will remain debt-free, and any debts I incur will be paid off in full with allocated income within 30 days from incurring it. By March 2009, I will have paid off all of my mother's debts.
9. By 2012, I will own a 2,500 sq. m. residential lot with mango and other fruit trees. My neighbors will be quiet peaceful families who don't believe in loud parties or karaoke.
10. I will always have a job that is meaningful, money that is clean, and an office that is happy.
